Thank you for shopping with Moss & Mend. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs, and what to expect after you buy.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on every order to the United States.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control. Tracking can take a few days to show movement after you receive it.

Shipping destinations

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Address accuracy

Please check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct it; we can't change an order once it has shipped.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, or arrives damaged, email us and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
